新版的luci-app-my-dnshelper DNS管理与去广告有问题 #4

标题提到的插件有问题，时而显示启动，绿颜色，时而又未启动，红色的，会导致无法给局域网内的设备分配IP地址

重新定制退回到使用luci-app-dnsfilter 老版本的插件

下午测试老版本也有问题，开启容易卡顿断网，一关就流畅。前段时间，老版挺好用的，设置简单，拦截效果好，现在不知道怎么回事，只好临时关闭dnshelper
