What you would like to be added?

As we discussed in #2445 (review), we should create a separate issue tracking the progress of jobset release v0.8.0 (kubernetes-sigs/jobset#774), which will introduce a DependOn API (kubernetes-sigs/jobset#672) for the execution order of replicated jobs.

Once it is ready, we should support it soon.
