add Comments section to ScoreObject Properties

i was missing an option to include with each Object a Comments section.
where comments such as: " fast at first but then dramatically slowing down" or "try with more reverb on note 3 and 5" would be possible.
The Objects, even when using the same instrument, can have a very different sounding result because of changes in the pfield values or ALs.
Comments can help here because the text can explain the creative idea of this particular Object. Comments are helpful in the compositional fase of the piece.

I was thinking about such an option before, an added the issue: add Comment tab to each Object (except the Comment Object) #578
but now think i have found a MUCH better place for it: in ScoreObject Properties.
Each Object has its own ScoreObject Properties window, and Comments could be given to each Object, so i think a Comments section would fit right in.
