site.translations does not access yml #121

Apparently site.translations behaves as if translation does not exist.
It starts to work as expected only when livereload is on and after I modify any template.

Is anyone getting stuck with the same problem?
I didn't have time to wait and made a fix.

And I confirmed it works on my project and hosting

schancel pushed a commit to bitcoincashorg/bitcoincash.org that referenced this issue Jun 13, 2018
Recreate the language menu from the existing bitcoincash.org site.
This commit includes a `_data/languages.yml` file.  This is a work
around for the following github issue:

kurtsson/jekyll-multiple-languages-plugin#121
