Select "Dialog" from the audio menu and make simple improvements
Normalize the sound peak (via Audio Gain menu) to -3dB
Add "Adaptive Noise Reduction effect.
Add "Mastering" effect and edit, turn on "Low Shelf" and "High Self"
Add "Treble"
