Currently a lot of additional, uncodumented changes were needed on top of what's written in main readme's installation guide

kustomize not working (@Disper was affected, while @mvshao was not. I wonder if anyone else might have the same issue) - PR
create 2 missing config maps - [#tools/PR98])
configure missing volumne&volumeMounts - Draft PR

Acceptance criteria

Following instructions from our documentation should lead to working KIM deployment on local k3d cluster
works with a newly created k3d cluster
works with a freshly cloned KIM repository
