Description

KIM should configure Spec.Maintenance.TimeWindow as it was done in Provisioner (time windows were spread so maintenance will not happen simultaneously for all clusters).

Expected result

Spec.Maintenance.TimeWindow set when needed as it was done in Provisioner.

Actual result

Spec.Maintenance.TimeWindow is never set.

Steps to reproduce
Create any trial cluster.
