Prepare helm charts for deploying to KCP

Develop helm chart to deploy companion to KCP stage. You will need to communicate with SRE team for secrets and securing backend

• Helm chart should adhere to the standards for deploying central components (KMC)
• Push the helm chart to the chart/kyma-companion branch
• Necessary resources are in place to secure companion backend. See those in the link(except namespace)
• Create a VaultStaticSecret (VSS) CR(maybe multiple, figure it out) in the Kyma Companion Helm chart
• Place chart overrides for stage under stage folder here
