Implement a Means of Accounting for Diffuse Radiation in Shade Benefit Evaluators #182

This is generally needed to improve the accuracy of the shade benefit evaluators. Diffuse radiation has a particularly big effect in cloudy tropical climates where it is most important to know where to shade.

This has proven to be a big task and no one has really asked me for it yet. I'll see if I can implement it when I get around to writing the [+] version and, if anyone wants to tackle it in the meantime, please be my guest.
