Problem occured after latest commit (#55)

Since commit #55, files "flags16.css" & "flags32.css" don't exist anymore in "stylesheets" folder, but they are still referenced as main in bower.json. It seems that flags in newly created css files are wrong and don't match the country code.
Moreover, the package version has not been changed, so there's no going back for people using your library.
