Simple select query not working

Im cant see how to get the data from the stream result of a query or query_as. I have the following code:

#[derive(Debug, PartialEq, Eq, sqlx::FromRow)]
    struct Room {
        name: String
    }
    
    let mut stream = sqlx::query_as::<_, Room>("SELECT name FROM rooms")
        .fetch(&db.pool);

How do you get the data from the query out of the stream? I cant iterate over it and I cant see how to do it.
