Use microsecond interrupts to drive the timing. This is architecture-dependent.

Teensy has IntervalTimer, example: https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/td_timing_IntervalTimer.html

Talking about time, i would like to know the time it will take to SyncDrive to accomplish the move. I looks like that function only work if you asing some moves directly to motor object.
I oppened an issue about this.
