Реализованов в релизе 3.1.418

Если были добавлены новые строки дерева запросов при открытии позиционирование может выполняться некорректно (так как идентификатор ТекущаяСтрока может отличаться намомент закрытия обработки и при открытии, если было изменение в составе строк дерева запросов).
Необходимо придумать как идентифицировать строку на которой необходимо спозиционироваться.
