Would it be possible to have an event added to the script API that is dispatched when a user starts and stops transmitting?

Not entirely sure if an event exists in gumble, but I think it would make a great addition.

I have been meaning to get around adding that feature to gumble. Once it's added there (which will hopefully be soon), it will become available in piepan.
