目前只有中英需求

常见问题：可直填写多语言文案
根据请求下发不同的语言文本
快捷回复多语言
可直接配置多语言文案
当语言切换至英文时，客服的快捷回复按钮回复给用户的语言为配置的英文
是否可以接入谷歌翻译接口
参考Google后台，对海外用户时由于用户反馈的语言多样，会通过翻译系统翻译成默认语言
