Since there's a large number of videos, going through the list each time and re-trying failed videos can cause runs to take a lot longer. In addition to recording the skip videos to file, we should save them to a cache and then load the cache and check before trying to download. There should be a way also to erase the skip files cache and re-try the downloads if needed.
