• Rework 2R.net website esp art section w/ e.g. framer to enable autonomous editing by team and nicer design #1173 - at least art section ✅2025-01-22 all done. art section is functional

• prep meetings with cohosts ✅2025-01-22
• social media for event in run-up ✅2025-01-28
• Run the event ✅2025-01-28 well done all the hosts Sylvie, Schuyler, Peter and other collective members 👏

After

• Thank hosts @shiweiart
• Email out to attendees immediately afterwards (day after). v short with thanks, asking for feedback and with quick links to residency page and manifesto (again) and saying we will put up recording shortly for those who weren't able to attend live in the end
• Capture recording and slides to content log
• Post the recording on youtube (maybe small edits)
• Add recording and slides to launch event page (at the top) (slides may just be screenshot and link through to drive). Make sure to mark slides as public.
• Email out to attendees saying here's recording (direct link to youtube and link to substack article where it is now embedded)
• 🏆 Split out a short version and clips for social media (and add to content plan)
• 🏆 (if good) put video on 2R.net/art page or similar ...
