Transition & nProgress

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how does the framework support page transitions and a loading indicator as nProgress ?

Adding senna-transition-fade to the body will fade surfaces during navigation.

Another feature is placing a placeholder div with class senna-loading-bar in the document will do the top bar progress like animation.

All that is provided when senna.css is included.
