Issue

The repository does not seem to have automated deployment verification for multiple chains.
There are no test files in the repository to verify the functionality of the CREATE3Factory contract. This could lead to undetected bugs or issues in production.

Fix

Add a test/ directory with comprehensive unit tests for the CREATE3Factory contract.
Add a test to check if the deployment is successful across all supported chains.
