I'm getting a

Error while adding chain Error: "feeCurrencies[0].gasPriceStep" failed custom validation because Low gas price step can not be greater than average

When trying to use a "factory settings" Keplr in Chrome.

This will be fixed when cosmos/chain-registry#5927 is merged and integrated into the WebApp.

In the meantime, one can add the Manifest testnet manually using https://chains.keplr.app/
