remove subheader from calendar(desktop case)

Expected

To a better visibility we want to remove this subheader on desktop. Only on desktop, the subheader is used on mobile to show buttons like this :

For this we need to move current buttons :

1. The burger menu must be on the left of the logo in the header
2. The Refresh and the planning buttons must be added on the right of the full calendar header. For this you can create custom buttons in the full calendar https://fullcalendar.io/docs/customButtons
