The code is literally cluttered all over one file i.e server.py, and most of it is undocumented.

Some cleaup ideas :-

Create new files for classes
Create new files for functions we are using
Document classes
Document functions.

Should be a good startup task for anyone willing to get a grasp of the codebase.
