cannot cp to remote side #6

I tried to copy file to the remote side
onedrive cp backup.tgr.gz :/backup/

but it return an error
PUT /drive/root:/backup/backup.tgr.gz:/[email protected]=fail
Array buffer allocation failed

Any thoughts or ideas?

It works here for trivial cases. How big is the file? There's currently a maximum of ~100MB, until multi-chunk uploads get implemented.
