toy_data.json can't find

I fail to run this baseline because I can't find the file toy_data.json. I download all the file accornding to the README.md in the file folder data. So where is the toy_data.json?

Actually, toy_data.json is the first 100 items in the train.json, which is used to debug code quickly. You can use train.json instead, off course, we will fix it later :)
