[Bug] Unable to reuse a wiped and deleted boltcard #49

version: LNBits v1.0.0rc7 (v1.lnbits.com)

AS IS: a UID can not be reused even if the previous boltcard was deleted.
TO BE: a UID can be reused when the previous bolt card was deleted.

Steps to reproduce:

create wallet
create boltcard using the UID and link it to a wallet
wipe/reset the boltcard
delete the boltcard
create boltcard using the same card (and the same UID of course)
message shows: "UID already registered. Delete registered card and try again"

this message is incorrect, as the card was deleted in step 4
