I have been having problems with the Amova analysis. I am using a genlight object. Could you help me please, here the problem:

I will need some further details about the error to be able to explore this for you. Can you please provide:

• The error text you receive when you call the function stamppAmova on your dataset (from your screenshot it looks like you are trying to run the internal lines of code from the function stamppAmova, rather than calling the function itself).
• The lines of code from data input up until you call stamppAmova so I can review any potential issues arising from previous steps.
• More details about your input dataset (e.g. data type, individuals or populations etc).

Furthermore, it would appear that your dist.mat object (I'm assuming Neis distance matrix) contains NAs, so potentially the error has originated there first.
