Feature request: World quest reward optional placement/size setting

Just found this addon and really like it (screw the default one limited to like 2 toasts at once!). Only thing I would like to see is a option to move the small squares for the rewards that's often seen on the world quest toasts. See the attached image for a example on what I mean. Just so the reward squares don't cover the text on the toast window itself.

Another minor thing that would be nice, but not a big deal, would be the ability to set height/width of the frames, instead of just the scale setting.

Edit: Also came to mind that the ability to add specific items to a blacklist via item IDs.
As an example: Doing skyriding races and you don't need/want to see the "Bronze Timepiece" every time you start a race.
