New PTR

Blizzard uses a second PTR at the moment, in particular for major patches. It uses the product name wowxptr

Would it be possible to add it to wowcig?

Thanks for the bug report and using wowcig! Unfortunately the build up on wowxptr uses a new root file format that luacasc cannot parse. Fixing http://townlong-yak.com/casc/ myself is out of scope. (Eventually I'll substitute http://github.com/ferronn-dev/ctactless to handle the CDN parsing but it's not ready yet.)
