Switch from python 3.11 to 3.10 ?

Hello,

Thank you for your work, it has been a breeze to use ! I was wondering why do you need the 3.11 version of python and not the 3.10, I just modified the pyproject.toml file to 3.10 and everything seems to work fine while runned with python 3.10.

I feel that there is a broader audience for 3.10 at the time
