Right now texts overflow boundaries and several elements don't play so well on mobile.

The goal of this ticket is with minimal effort make the app more responsive.

Hi @luisFilipePT, I have made some progress but as a first timer still learning the ropes with how to create the PR and actually wrap the entire bunch of changes for you - I have unassigned myself in the meanwhile lest you would like to assign it to someone else to be fair.

Currently reading through the contribution docs and naming conventions and so on.
