Start with the why:

Describe why this feature would be useful to you and to other users.
It will be usefull if auto discovery fails to search for a camera with known ip.

Move to the what:

A clear and concise description of the feature you would like to get added to the depthai.
Just add a paramter, to connect to X_LINK_ANY_STATE DEVICE

Move to the how:

If you already have an idea of how this new feature could be implemented, describe it here.
in depthai_ros_driver/src/camera.cpp:230, if possible allow it to connect to X_LINK_ANY_STATE device
