Support CEP/CES

During an engagement, i found an ADCS exposing some templates for enrollment with CEP/CES over the internet.

It would be nice if Certipy could perform the enumeration of vulnerable templates exposed that way in the same fashion as it does for templates over RPC on LAN.

I guess it would mean implementing a whole protocol so quite a lot of work but in some cases it would be useful. I did not find any tools doing something close.
