Pi4 & Shelly 2.5 relay - Frequent disconnections

HI All, I have a Raspberry Pi4 running Room-Assistant controlling a Shelly 2.5 relay. When my Pixel 5 phone is in the proximity of the Pi4 the relay is on.

The two problems I have is illustrated in the image.

1. I get frequent switching of the relay even when the phone is close to the Pi4 (<5m)
2. Infrequently I also have the replay 'Turned off' when my phone is in the proximity of the Pi4, but unlike (1) it does not return to an on state. I need to manually do this through Home-Assistant.

Hopefully, we can narrow down the fault?
