Decide how to handle non-alphabetic characters

Hyphens often have a particular meaning in wiktionary, and are used to indicate prefixes and suffixes. We account for this when checking reconstructed words (.check_reconstructed_word), but don't account for the possibility of any other non-alphabetic characters. We should investigate whether this could cause problems anywhere.
