I am getting this error with main.yml file.
I checked about EXO App permissions. Its already in place.

this is a duplicate of #676, sadly there's no resolution yet (also having this issue)

I tried removing the ExchangeOnline permissions from the app registration, but that didn't solve the issue, however adding include_exchange: false in your workflow file does sort it out. Not a great solution, but better than nothing.
