GraphQl products() error for variants that are assigned to multiple configurable products

Preconditions and environment

Magento 2.4.7-p4

Steps to reproduce

• Create a simple product S1
• Create a configurable product C1 and assign S1 as child product
• Create a configurable product C2 and assign S1 as child product
• Create a new category and assign both C1 and C2
• Call GraphQl products with filter for the newly created category

Request:

query Products {
    products(filter: {category: { eq: "ID_OF_CATEGORY"}}, pageSize: 25, currentPage: 1) {
        items {
            ... on ConfigurableProduct {
                configurable_options {
                    label
                    values {
                        label
                    }
                }
                variants {
                    product {
                        uid
                        name
                        sku
                    }
                    attributes {
                        label
                        code
                    }
                }
            }
        }
    }
}

Expected result

Response with status 200 and a response body containing two configurable products with the same variant in the variants property

Actual result

Internal server error "debugMessage": "Item (Magento\Catalog\Model\Product\Interceptor) with the same ID "ID_OF_VARIANT" already exists."

Additional information

This issue was closed here: #39180 but the test query was wrong (filtering for a single configurable product)

We have tried to reproduce the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and the issue is not reproducible.Kindly refer the screenshots.

Kindly recheck the issue in Latest 2.4-develop magento instance and elaborate the steps to reproduce the issue if possible please provide us screenshots or screencast.
