Upcoming DXpeditions

I have my own installation of Cloudlog on my server which is up to date. I also installed an instance for a beginning operator on the same server. This version is older. The one thing I noticed today, under Tools was Upcoming DXpeditions on my friends instance. Looking through my files on the server I see that the file to display this page is there and when I link to it, it works fine. But I see no way to enable it in the menu system. What am I missing here and how to enable? I find this to be a valuable page for my purposes.

I also noticed that my friend has the option to turn on the dashboard/upcoming_dxcc_component on the dashboard. In my installation I see no option to do that while for him it is easily locate-able under the callsign > account settings. Why the differences?
