Function with errors

I installed it at universal-path.org, but i got 63 erros for functioning sites

( I use (https://www.deadlinkchecker.com/website-dead-link-checker.asp) and Xenu Link Sleuth.

PHP get_headers() could be forbidden by hosting.
This plugin works fine for me on regular commercial hostings. But not on free one, e.g. bplaced.net.

What about your internal links to website pages? Do they also show up as broken?

It seems to stop after a certain number of links. I will try to check it out.

I've changed to use PHP default timeout for get_headers(). Can you check if this helps?

I had checked the Site_Map from your site on my local server with a previous timeout of 3 sec. This worked fine for me. So I suppose it is some kind of hosting limitation.

It is completely the same - evtl. also because of https ?

The sense is not clear for me at the moment. Another checker would also check the inner anchors (and evtl. also the outer links...but...).

So the timeout is not to blame.

Do you have another site to test the plugin? All of my installations are working fine, so I can not reproduce your stopped check issue.

At tm-meditation.net i get 54 ok and 7 warnings 'redirected'.
As i said before : More interesting is a tool which checks inner anchors - so much to do (hopefully - would be useful as inner plugin)
