Clean remnants of pages migrated via HTML cut&copy.
- e.g. "section edit" icon+link in section titles
Remove "sort" links from table headers
Transfer tags from a copied "Tagged" list into labels, and delete the "Tagged" list
Move assets over, esp. images.
- Avoid dupes, e.g. by naming with sha-sum.
