Currently the vesuvio config command does not override the ./mvesuvio folder. So when a change is made to the analysis_inputs.py script in a new version, the command mvesuvio config does not update the .mvesuvio folder, which it should.

However, the folder for the IP files should not be overwritten. The other files should be updated with the latest config.
