CarPlay: Puck and route go offscreen at times when icon bar is on right side orientation

When navigating in CarPlay, if the driving side is on the right (icon bar on the right) then the puck and navigation route often drift off of the screen and almost disappear.

Steps to Trigger Behavior

1. Switch device to right side drive, or test in a car that is right side drive
2. Navigate to a waypoint

Expected Behavior

Puck and route should stay within viewable area, just like it does when CarPlay is set to left side drive.

Actual Behavior

Puck and route almost go offscreen.
