Clarify license

First of all, thanks for this package!

I would like to use it for my study and publish my research data and tools to allow further research. Unfortunately, the license situation in this repo is unclear. In the description you state that it's MIT, but the LICENSE file looks like normal copyright which forbids publication.

Could you please update the LICENSE file accordingly?
