Zones will Not Turn Off #27
Comments
Just adding that I'm also having the same issue. Installed and set up with the cloud today. |
Same issue here. I tried to trace it in the code but couldn't find where the issue is occurring. I can validate, however, that the Hydrawise API is working as expected: |
I'm seeing this as well. Did anyone resolve the issue? |
It does appear that this is still happening (spring time for me means I've just started seeing it). I get the following message in the homebridge log when I try and stop a zone: redundant request to set Active to 0 while it is already [object Object] |
Same issue here as well. |
Same issue. |
Just here to report the same issue is happening for me - using cloud if that helps |
Got the same issue, everything works great. Would be great to have a fix :) |
Same here |
same here, think we all are open to pay for the fix! @martijndierckx |
To test, I've configured mine via the CLOUD option. But I'm not seeing any issues on my end. |
@martijndierckx may that’s the different in the config |
I’m also using the LOCAL connection, and everything works smoothly. Though one to find the cause of the issue. What firmware version do you have? |
I just sent you an email with my config, hope it helps :) |
Hey all, I have been in contact with @martijndierckx over email and managed to debug the issue and find a solution which worked for me - so I'm hoping it will help all of you too! I was using HOOBs as my primary HomeBridge platform and that seemed to be what was causing the issues for me. Even after reinstalling HOOBs from scratch, and making sure everything was up to date, I still came across issues. However, switching my entire setup over to vanilla HomeBridge, while a bit of a nuisance, proved to be much more stable and resolved this issue for me. I hope this helps some people to fix this issue. P.S. Two Hydrawise plugins appear when searching for them on the plugin store, make sure that you install the correct one - aka the plugin with the most recent update date and developed by @martijndierckx |
fixed the Problem with installing the origin Plugin! Thanks! |
i can't even get mine to work on local only cloud. Any suggestions? |
I have installed everything and all seems setup properly. I can activate the zones but they will not turn off if I try and turn them off manually by pushing the button within HomeKit. They only turn off after timing out. Any ideas how I can fix this ?
