I believe any of us met the problem when machine for some reason lost its coords, and being in deep trouble where is x0y0.
Can you implement something like ISO_XY view and allow for click on the screen to go to the selected point - one could easily tweak lost coords then. Similar to bCNC "G" go command.

not sure how much work an isometric view would be to implement, but I'm deeply opposed to controlling a CNC machine with mouse clicks. Also, this would be pretty inaccurate (unless it snaps to point along the code, but this could be ambiguous). Using the console (manual commands) is much more accurate and versatile and the user always knows what the machine is about to do.
