Describe the bug
Playlist creation flow does not stop despite interrupting request.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Submit url
Close the page while loading
The playlist is already created

Expected behavior
If the user request to POST /playlist stops, the flow should be interrupted to save request rate.
