The same tests as here #953. Use the same methods to check that Assessment tab works correctly for provider for in person visits

• Leave Diagnosis/'Medical Decision Making' / E&M code empty. - Empty fields are displayed in 'Missing' section on Review&Sign screen
• Enter any ICD 10 code to 'Search' field on 'Diagnoses' block - Appropriate diagnosis is found.
• Enter any diagnoses' name to 'Search' field on 'Diagnoses' block - Diagnoses which contain search word are displayed
• Select a diagnosis - First chosen diagnosis is saved as a primary
• Select second diagnosis - Diagnosis as added as 'Secondary (optional)'
• Click on 'Make primary' for diagnosis from 'Secondary (optional)' - Diagnosis is added as primary. Primary diagnosis becomes 'Secondary (optional)
• Primary and Secondary Diagnoses are displayed on "Progress note" screen
• Delete a primary diagnosis - First diagnosis from 'Secondary (optional)' becomes primary
• Check 'Medical Decision Making' - It is pre-filled with default message :"Reviewed diagnosis, expected course, treatment plan, and reasons to seek urgent and/or emergent care. Discharge instructions reviewed. Caregiver expressed understanding. All questions were answered, and caregiver is comfortable with discharge plan."
• Add some text or edit pre-filled text from 'Medical Decision Making' - Text is updated successfully and displayed on "Progress note" screen
• Add 'E&M code' code - code is added and displayed on Progress note screen

Additional tests

• Add few Additional CPT codes - code is added and displayed on Progress note screen
• Remove Additional CPT codes - code is removed and is not displayed on Progress note screen
