Some tests are similar to #974, but few are different

[Review & Sign] button is disabled, if "Missing section" is present OR if medication order in pending status
The button [Review & Sign] is available only in 'Provider' status.
Click on [Review & Sign] - pop up Review & Sign {Patient name} appears. Patient name is correct
When visit is signed - unpublished school/work excuses become published
When visit is signed - Visit status is 'Completed'
When visit is signed - 'Review&Sign' button isn't shown.
