Wish: keyboard shortcut for "Tile window to north/south" #751

Within Mate, Settings, Keyboard shortcuts:

It's currently possible to define a keyboard shortcut to tile windows to:

Left hand half
Right hand half
any of the 4 quadrants.

But there is no option to tile to the top-half or the bottom-half.

This would be a nice feature to have, especially for anyone who uses a monitor in a portrait orientation.

Linux Distribution

Tested this in Ubuntu 24.04
