Big audio delay on Android #132

Hey, Im using kivy and ffpyplayer. When streaming a video from a link(mp4), there is a very noticable audio delay(about 1 second).

The issue only occurs on Android. I am testing on a Oneplus 9 Pro, so device performance isnt the issue.
