we installed the above plugins in our acceptance and it is working fine, on our production we did the same and no provider info is given, in the meanwhile we upgraded tot 3.13.5 but still no provider info.

@franki667 I'm not 100% sure but I think provider info doesn't work eg if IP anonymisation is enabled and the IP should not be used for enrichment. You can check this in the Admin -> Anonymise Privacy section
@franki667 is there any chance you could temporarily enable DB-IP ISP database or MaxMind ISP DB? Just to see if the issue is related to IP2 location? I don't know if our provider plugin works with that plugin unfortunately.
